We can design special corrective exercises for you to perform at home that can ease the pain of muscles, tendons, and bones.

Migraine headache therapy often combines chiropractic care, massage, and some form of nutritional counseling. Certain foods can easily trigger a migraine or headache depending on the patient. They are caffeine, sugar, alcohol, chocolate, salt, cured meats, aged cheeses, fermented foods, and very cold foods. Our chiropractors can design a diet that will help you avoid these foods and include ones that do not aggravate migraines. The diet may include vegetables, water, brown rice, grass-fed meats, cooked fruits, natural sweeteners, and whole-grain breads.
